RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Zaka Boutik! We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

 

1. Return Period

You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

5. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for a return:

  • Perishable, herbs, male enhancement, and spiritual remedies

 

6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
